Love Bunny Crochet Kit

My daughter began to show an interest in learning to crochet. I never was much of a crochet expert so when I saw this kit I thought it would be perfect to get her started. She is 12 and still at an age that really enjoys cute plushy animals. This kit with the love bunny seemed ideal. It all comes in a cute reusable bag for easy storage as you make the bunny. The instructions are colorful and clear. Each piece is well organized. This should be a simple and straightforward project for her that she will enjoy. I love that the crochet needle is pink and has a grippy handle.

My daughter wanted to learn to crochet and I got her this kit. It’s pretty nice and in the bag you have everything you need to make your bunny!

This is a cute beginner crochet set with everything you need to get started (except clippers). The yarn is not your typical yarn it's more like a nylon type of yarn which can be easier for new crocheters to use. The instructions seem clear, but the booklet is small, so the print might be a bit hard to read. There is a link to videos. The videos do have closed captioning. The price for this kit is a bit on the high side -- I have seen bigger kits for a lot less. It is a cute item, though.

Our daughter loves to crochet, and this pattern, along with all of the necessary materials that were included made for a fun little bunny.It's larger than we expected and oh so adorable!

Really great for beginners, everything is included, easy to follow directions. Mine didn't turn out looking exactly like the picture...lol. But, it was a first attempt, and it was fun. The next attempt will be better, I'm sure.

Overall, I do like this kit. The result is cute, it is indeed beginner friendly and there are enough materials in the kit to complete the project.My only issue with it is the size of the instruction booklet. It is considerably small. There are video URLs listed, and they do have subtitles, but I'd rather just have a larger booklet.If you're looking for a cute beginner project then this might just be the one for you, just keep the small print in mind regarding the instructions.

I bought this for myself (definitely not a kid) but had no crochet experience. I found the directions easy to use and I was able to complete the project. I’m still a beginner and would like to do another one. These also could be great gift for younger people, sick people who may be bored, or anyone who wants to learn with an easy project.

I am a sucker when it comes to these cute little crochet projects. Honestly, the eyelashes on the bunny were so darn cute I could not resist, This kit is more expensive than similar kits. It does come with mostly everything you need to complete the project in a ziplock style bag that can be used for storing while working on the project. For the price I would expect it to come in a little box like many of these projects do. The boxes make it easier to get what you are needing out and return. The bags have a smaller opening than the bag itself and require rearranging or pulling out all of the items to get what you need. A minor inconvenience to be sure. Again, for the increased price, I would expect more than eyelashes. The kit does not come with many of the extras you see in other kits that are a lower price. The sewing needle is plastic, no scissors etc. I love the yarn for beginners as it is the rope type that does not split. Instructions are very simple but could confuse the first time crocheter.

So, I got this kit for me! I am a struggling beginning crocheter, and I thought kits would help me learn the muscle memory and verbiage for crocheting. They have! This particular kit is a cute bunny, and comes pre-started. The instructions are both written AND video, allowing me to look for more hands-on help if I get stuck with some directions. I don’t always have the best hand-eye spatial coordination, but this kit is helping me along at my own pace. The results are so adorable, it’s a little bunny with a flower in her hair, holding a heart, with the longest lashes. I adore her. She’s sitting with the rest of my plushies now, and is the first kit I managed to finish all the way through. Other kits I struggled with because the yarn felt more like shoelaces, but this kit’s yarn actually feels like yarn (because it IS yarn). I can’t wait to get more of this specific brand’s kit, their instructions were so clear and I didn’t struggle even once with understanding them.

This crocheted project is not for the super beginners as far as not knowing anything. I think it’s kind of in between the knowing your stitches, or at the end of being a beginner. The price value on this is very high. It needs to be a lower price it comes with everything you need. It looked like there was enough yarn to complete the project but if your tension is not tight enough, there is not enough yarn. Also, if someone doesn’t have the Internet, it would be very hard for them to scan a QR code to get to instructions or videos. I would recommend including pictured instructions. This would be a good kit for parents to help teach their children to crochet.

This is a very cute set , everything is included. My only complaint is the yarn is not of the best quality, but that’s to be expected nowadays. And since it is a kit for a child it will suffice. Fun to teach and have something to show for it afterwards. All in all I think it’s decent to teach if you already know crochet to a beginner at crochet.

I selected this crochet kit as a craft activity at our crafty home. My wife is learning to crochet - she reports that the kit was good, included everything listed and the items are of good quality. She hasn't succeeded in finishing yet but so far, it seems a great kit for a gift or recreation.

I used an instructional video that was really helpful. It looks adorable so far! Very easy to make too.

I know crochet basics and tried doing this kit with a nine-year-old. Let me say I’m decently tech savvy.The instructions instruct you to watch their video tutorials to get started. Not so easy to do on your phone and the video on getting started didn’t seem to have any audio, which isn’t great for kids who aren’t great readers or for adults with older eyes.For us, this wasn’t a good kit to try to do with a kid who’s never crocheted before and an adult who doesn’t know much about crocheting.This would be a better kit for an older child or an adult, someone who already knows basic crochet techniques and terms, who doesn’t assume that something tiny will be quick to make.

My daughter is in college and just learned how to crochet. I sent this to her just to get her started and she loves it. Preparing it for her roommate for V-Day!Absolutely adorable, and it came to her so fast!

Fun & Fantastic Crochet Kit!

Loved how my Valentine bunny turned out! This crochet kit is definitely made for beginners, as well as experienced crafters who would just like to have a fun and quick project. I was so happy when I found that this kit is truly for someone like me, wanting to learn to crochet but don’t know where to start. The instructional step-by-step videos were so helpful. I appreciated the high-quality materials provided in this kit. What drew me to this particular crochet kit over the other ones I’ve seen were the eyes and eye lashes on this adorable bunny. The attention to details made the bunny look way more animated and gave it more personality. Highly recommended. It was a fun and enjoyable learning experience!

I bought this for myself. I'm a beginner/intermediate at this point. I taught myself last year, maybe the year before during the pandemic. But my daughter saw it in the package and though I got it for her. She is 6, saw it said beginners, and was like "You got this for me." I'm like, sure! So she sat down with it, and tried her little heart out. She has low frustration tolerance and got very frustrated. She has small hands, but even then, the instructions weren't super clear. Even with my knowledge I had a bit of a hard time with them.So, if you already know what you're doing, this is a great kit to make a cute animal. If you're a true and blue beginner, you might have to use the videos - which I didn't investigate or look up some things elsewhere. Otherwise the product is high quality and super cute. This is also the first time I've ever received one that already had a Magic Ring or Circle already done for you. I'd almost pay for them just to do that for me every time. Ha!

This is so cute and the supplies it comes with are great! It comes with everything you need and the yarn is the perfect kind for beginners, and super soft too! I love the sparkly eyes as well, I didn't realize they were like that so it was a very pleasant surprise.

The creepy part is the eyes, everything else was cute. It comes with everything needed to make this plush. I love that I get to keep the pattern for later use. I did some changes though because the eyes as I said are creepy to me. I had a pair of blue ones and shorted the lash. I removed them from where they were held and just glued some on it to make it look less scary xD

I’m just in love with the face on this little bunny! The eyelashes are what grabs your attention and makes this Amigurumi kit stand out. I’ve ordered several different kits and enjoy having everything I need included in one package. The kit comes with yarn, crochet hook, plastic yarn needle, stitch markers, safety eyes (with lashes!) and the stuffing. Everything you need to complete the bunny.This kit is marketed to beginners and is an easy project for most crocheters who have made Amigurumi items before. I say that because Amigurumi can be challenging as you are working in small scale. It’s not for everyone; but if you want to expand your crochet skills beyond scarfs and potholders, this is a good place to start. I recommend using the available video instructions (I find visual learning easier than following a pattern) and these are pretty good. Also helpful to use the video instructions while following the written instructions. I find this helps with following written instructions later in other projects. This is a fun project and I hope you enjoy learning new skills along the way. Good luck!

I’m a lifelong knitter and a competent crocheter. I personally don’t believe amigurumi crochet is best for beginners since there is so much fiddly turning and joining to do. However that aside, the kit is complete with the yarn and embellishments and includes a 3.00 mm hook. The yarn feels like polyester but there is enough for the project.The tiny font directions enclosed are inferior to the online visual instructions. I strongly recommend using them. You scan the instruction sheet to take you to the video instructions.Don’t feel bad if your Love Bunny doesn’t look exactly like the photo. It can take some time to duplicate an image exactly. Practice will help. If you find this project overwhelming there are plenty of free instructional videos on the internet to encourage your crochet skills.

I think this is a really adorable kit! They tried their best to provide me with everything needed to make it but it fell a little short with the white yarn. I wasn’t able to complete the last two rows on the last arm so his arm is shorter on one side than the other. If I would have known that was going to happen I could have shortened his ears a little. So word to the wise instead of making the bunny have extra long ears you could literally omit the last two rows of 18 stitches before it starts to decrease size again and you should have enough then. I just didn’t feel like undoing all that work to fix two tiny little rows. If you are the seller please give everyone about an extra two feet of yarn to complete the bunny. I genuinely didn’t waste any yarn and followed the instructions to the “t” so I don’t know if any other way to remedy it other than like I said do just two less rows on each ear and you should be fine. Also the stitch markers were a little weak two of mine broke during construction but I happened to have more so it worked out for me. I’m not sure that someone who’s never crocheted before would be so lucky. Other than those two issues it was decent. The directions were easy to follow and the yarn is my absolute favorite to work with. It’s not the kind that can snag making it super easy for beginners!
