Love Bunny Crochet Kit

My daughter began to show an interest in learning to crochet. I never was much of a crochet expert so when I saw this kit I thought it would be perfect to get her started. She is 12 and still at an age that really enjoys cute plushy animals. This kit with the love bunny seemed ideal. It all comes in a cute reusable bag for easy storage as you make the bunny. The instructions are colorful and clear. Each piece is well organized. This should be a simple and straightforward project for her that she will enjoy. I love that the crochet needle is pink and has a grippy handle.

This is a cute beginner crochet set with everything you need to get started (except clippers). The yarn is not your typical yarn it's more like a nylon type of yarn which can be easier for new crocheters to use. The instructions seem clear, but the booklet is small, so the print might be a bit hard to read. There is a link to videos. The videos do have closed captioning. The price for this kit is a bit on the high side -- I have seen bigger kits for a lot less. It is a cute item, though.

Our daughter loves to crochet, and this pattern, along with all of the necessary materials that were included made for a fun little bunny.It's larger than we expected and oh so adorable!

Overall, I do like this kit. The result is cute, it is indeed beginner friendly and there are enough materials in the kit to complete the project.My only issue with it is the size of the instruction booklet. It is considerably small. There are video URLs listed, and they do have subtitles, but I'd rather just have a larger booklet.If you're looking for a cute beginner project then this might just be the one for you, just keep the small print in mind regarding the instructions.

Really great for beginners, everything is included, easy to follow directions. Mine didn't turn out looking exactly like the picture...lol. But, it was a first attempt, and it was fun. The next attempt will be better, I'm sure.

I bought this for myself (definitely not a kid) but had no crochet experience. I found the directions easy to use and I was able to complete the project. I’m still a beginner and would like to do another one. These also could be great gift for younger people, sick people who may be bored, or anyone who wants to learn with an easy project.

I am a sucker when it comes to these cute little crochet projects. Honestly, the eyelashes on the bunny were so darn cute I could not resist, This kit is more expensive than similar kits. It does come with mostly everything you need to complete the project in a ziplock style bag that can be used for storing while working on the project. For the price I would expect it to come in a little box like many of these projects do. The boxes make it easier to get what you are needing out and return. The bags have a smaller opening than the bag itself and require rearranging or pulling out all of the items to get what you need. A minor inconvenience to be sure. Again, for the increased price, I would expect more than eyelashes. The kit does not come with many of the extras you see in other kits that are a lower price. The sewing needle is plastic, no scissors etc. I love the yarn for beginners as it is the rope type that does not split. Instructions are very simple but could confuse the first time crocheter.

So, I got this kit for me! I am a struggling beginning crocheter, and I thought kits would help me learn the muscle memory and verbiage for crocheting. They have! This particular kit is a cute bunny, and comes pre-started. The instructions are both written AND video, allowing me to look for more hands-on help if I get stuck with some directions. I don’t always have the best hand-eye spatial coordination, but this kit is helping me along at my own pace. The results are so adorable, it’s a little bunny with a flower in her hair, holding a heart, with the longest lashes. I adore her. She’s sitting with the rest of my plushies now, and is the first kit I managed to finish all the way through. Other kits I struggled with because the yarn felt more like shoelaces, but this kit’s yarn actually feels like yarn (because it IS yarn). I can’t wait to get more of this specific brand’s kit, their instructions were so clear and I didn’t struggle even once with understanding them.
