Can the product be returned or exchanged?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Why is the magnet from the Fun Fridge Magnets Kit not sticking to my tile?
You need to make sure that the back of the tile is clean and dry before applying the magnet. You may also, use a hot glue gun to apply the magnet to the tile.
