Pinwheel Crafts “Win Free Crafts for a Year” Giveaway Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The Pinwheel Crafts “Win Free Crafts for a Year” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Pinwheel Crafts, PINWHEEL CRAFTS LLC, 4040 23RD AVE W, SEATTLE, WA 98199 (the “Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform on which the Giveaway may be promoted.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on SEPTEMBER 7, 2026 at 12:00AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on November 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor’s computer systems will be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit:

Submit a valid email address using the Giveaway entry form. Upon successful submission of the entry form, one eligible entry will be recorded.
Limit one initial entry per person and email address during the Giveaway Period unless additional entry methods are expressly described in these Official Rules.
Use of multiple identities, email addresses, automated entry systems, bots, scripts, macros, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limits is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Email Communications
By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Pinwheel Crafts in accordance with the disclosures presented on the entry form.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Pinwheel Crafts.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing after submitting a valid Giveaway entry will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.
Sponsor may contact potential winners at the email address submitted with their Giveaway entry regardless of marketing-email subscription status, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Personal information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Pinwheel Crafts Privacy Policy.
6. Prizes
Grand Prize
One grand-prize winner will receive 12 Pinwheel Crafts craft kits, with one craft kit scheduled to be delivered approximately once per month for 12 consecutive months.
The specific kits, projects, colors, designs, assortment, and shipment schedule will be determined by Sponsor based on product availability and may differ from products pictured in Giveaway advertising.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $450.
The first shipment is expected to begin within a reasonable period after winner verification.
Additional Prizes
Ten additional winners will each receive one Pinwheel Crafts craft kit selected by Sponsor.
ARV of each additional prize: $34.95.
Total ARV of all 10 additional prizes: $350.
Total Prize Value
Total value of all prizes available in the Giveaway: $800.
Actual retail value may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
7. Additional Winner Drawings
Sponsor intends to select one additional craft-kit winner on or about each of the following dates:
- September 18, 2026
- September 25, 2026
- October 2, 2026
- October 9, 2026
- October 16, 2026
- October 23, 2026
- October 30, 2026
- November 6, 2026
- November 13, 2026
- November 20, 2026
Each additional winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the applicable drawing cutoff.
Eligible non-winning entries will remain eligible for subsequent additional-prize drawings and for the Grand Prize drawing.
A person may win no more than one additional prize, but winning an additional prize does not prevent that person from remaining eligible for the Grand Prize.
Drawing dates may be adjusted slightly for administrative reasons, provided doing so does not materially reduce an entrant’s opportunity to win.
8. Grand Prize Drawing
The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing is expected to occur on or about November 27, 2026.
Sponsor intends to announce the verified Grand Prize winner during Black Friday weekend, November 27 through November 29, 2026, after the potential winner has been contacted and eligibility has been confirmed.
The timing of any public winner announcement may be delayed if additional time is required to verify eligibility or obtain required documentation.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection in the applicable random drawing, subject to the limitations described in these Official Rules.
10. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address submitted with their Giveaway entry.
A potential winner may be required to respond to Sponsor within 72 hours of the initial notification.
Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, identity, and compliance with these Official Rules.
The potential Grand Prize winner may also be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release where lawful, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.
If a potential winner fails to respond within the required time, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, declines the prize, or fails to return required documentation within the specified period, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
A person is not considered an official winner until Sponsor has confirmed eligibility.
11. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, sold, or redeemed for cash by a winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Sponsor will determine the specific Pinwheel Crafts kit assortment.
Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular kit pictured in advertising will be included in the Grand Prize or additional prizes.
Prizes will be shipped only to a valid eligible U.S. delivery address supplied by the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because a winner provides an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner’s first name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, statements regarding the Giveaway, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Sponsor will not publicly disclose a winner’s full residential address, email address, or other sensitive contact information.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant Sponsor reasonably determines has violated these Official Rules, interfered with the operation of the Giveaway, attempted to obtain entries through fraudulent or deceptive means, used automated or manipulated entry methods, provided false information, or engaged in conduct intended to abuse, disrupt, threaten, or harass Sponsor or other entrants.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before termination if appropriate and legally permissible.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, technical or transmission failures, lost or misdirected entries or communications, incorrect or inaccurate information, or participation in Giveaway-related activities.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
15. Technical Issues
Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, internet service providers, websites, email systems, hardware, software, or telecommunications systems, or for failed, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise unsuccessful electronic communications.
Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not constitute proof that Sponsor received a valid entry.
If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an online entrant, the entry may be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry, subject to Sponsor’s verification.
16. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:
Information will be used to administer the Giveaway, communicate with entrants and winners, and for marketing purposes as disclosed at the time of entry and permitted by applicable law.
17. Social Media Disclaimer
The Giveaway may be advertised or promoted through Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to those social media platforms.
18. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited by law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action.
Any legal proceeding that is permitted to proceed in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this provision eliminates any consumer protection or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
20. Winner List
